Open the menu of any message, choose Apps then Translate, and read it in your language. Only you see the result.

What is a Discord user app?
A user app is installed on your own account instead of a server, so you can use it in DMs, group DMs and any server.
Do I need admin rights to translate messages?
No. It is installed on your account only, so you need no admin rights and no server setup.
Can I translate DMs on Discord?
Yes. Right-click a message in a DM or group DM, choose Apps then Translate.
Which languages are supported?
More than 100, the same as the Interaction Bot translator.
