The purpose of these general conditions of use (known as "GTCU") is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions of provision of the site and services by Interaction Bot and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the "User".

2. Legal notices

The creator and publication director of the site https://interaction-bot.com is Jourdelune (a natural person), who wishes to remain anonymous.

3. Access to the site

The https://interaction-bot.com site allows the User free access to the following services:

• Translation: the Discord bot "Interaction Bot" translates messages automatically or on request, and detects languages, to make communication easier between users who speak different languages on Discord.
• Voice and text features: text-to-speech, live speech-to-text (captions, also shown in the Discord Activity), audio recording of voice channels (started by a member of a server, with everyone in the channel warned), the FAQ assistant and temporary voice channels.
• The website and its dashboard: information about the bot, configuration of your servers and, in your Account, the management of your own data and preferences.
• The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access; some features go further with a Premium subscription. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at his expense.

4. Data collection

The site ensures the User a collection and processing of personal information with respect for privacy in accordance with the law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

Under the Data Protection Act, dated January 6, 1978, the User has a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition of his personal data. The User can exercise these rights directly from the Account page of the site, with the privacy options: download my data, delete my data, delete my account, stop recording me and do not process my messages. 5. Intellectual property
